Module 2 – Internal Auditing IATF 16949: 2016 – 2 days
• By the end of this module, you will be able to: interpret and be aware of the requirements of IATF 16949: 2016 clauses 4 – 10.
Module 3 – Core Tools – 2 days
• FMEA – Failure Modes and Effects Analysis.
• MSA – Measurement Systems Analysis.
• SPC – Statistical Process Control.

Gain an in-depth knowledge of the IATF 16949:2016 standard, including its scope, structure, and key requirements.
Develop the ability to conduct effective internal audits based on the requirements of IATF 16949:2016, covering clauses 4 through 10.
Learn how to apply essential core tools such as FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis), and SPC (Statistical Process Control).

- 1. Delegates who have a working knowledge of auditing management systems within the automotive sector and ISO 9001, and ideally involved in the implementation and/ or auditing of IATF 16949:2016.
- 2. Delegates who are responsible for second party quality management system audits and/or working with suppliers towards conformity/ certification of IATF 16949:2016. (Modules 1-3)
- 3. Top Level Management looking for an overview (Module 1)
- 4. Delegates requiring training in the IATF Core Tools. (FMEA, MSA, SPC) (Module 3)
