Integrated Management System
About This Course
Instead of applying different standards in separate components, organizations may choose to integrate them by blending elements together to create one coherent system – streamlining planning and prioritizing audits based on business risks and needs. The training approaches the integration of management systems from a risk management perspective, encouraging participants to take the broadest possible view of the processes in their organization and the risk sources that need to be identified, controlled and improved. It also considers the implications of multi-standard certification and develops the basis for an integrated approach to management systems auditing. The integration discussed in this training is the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
